Biografie

Although she was born in Gent, she finds herself quickly travelling between France and Belgium.

First in Lille, then in Paris where she studied art history and restoration of antique furniture, specializing then in marquetry and old-fashioned patina.

Materials always materials and warm colors. She will make materials her leitmotiv, hence the idea of painting on wooden support. The artist is inspired by stone, marble, wood, water…in short nature a source of renewal, creativity and well-being. Abstract paintings but nevertheless with a touch of illusion to discover dawn, fire, the sea…Her works are made from natural and metallic pigments using a palette.

Never a paintbrush and never revealing how the painting has been created.
